Adam and Eve Salon & Spa is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians.
For this reason, a deposit of 50% of the service amount is required on services that require extra time, Have limited availability or simply to reserve a time block at the discretion of the hair stylist. Deposits can be cash or credit card and the amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.

WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, PERSONAL CHECKS, AND CASH. GRATUITY IS ACCEPTED & APPRECIATED IN CASH AND PERSONAL CHECKS ONLY.
WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL NOT NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR SCHEDULING NEEDS AND REQUEST THAT YOU ADHERE TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, WE REQUIRE 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS. FAILURE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

If you are not satisfied with a product or it is defective, we will gladly exchange the product for another product of equal value (provided it is gently used) within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
Broken or dropped items cannot be exchanged.
In the case we have not met your expectations, we would like to invite you back within one week for a complimentary service adjustment.
